remove stale backend tooling 
Stop invoking the unavailable formatter and remove factory usage for the missing user factory. Give PHPStan workers the same memory allowance as the development shell.

remove inertia backend adapter 
Remove the adapter dependency, middleware, configuration, and frontend route. Leave the backend root unclaimed so the standalone Vue application remains independent.

83ca2cf43c
add nix development environment 
Provide a direnv-loaded Laravel and future Vue toolchain with isolated worktree ports and a process-compose stack. Use PostgreSQL for local runtime services while retaining in-memory SQLite for PHPUnit.
