Mirrors youngstartup/frontend/startups_portal scaffolding: Vite, Vue 3 (composition API + script setup), TypeScript strict, Pinia, Vue Router 5, oxlint + eslint + oxfmt, and Cypress with db:reset / db:seed tasks.
